RETURNS
We pride ourselves on creating a beautiful product for our valued clients. However, as each order of stationery is produced especially for each client, we can not refund products or accept returns.
PRODUCTION TIME
As our products are produced locally, we aim to have each custom stationery order despatched within 5-7 working days. If we are experiencing any delays, we will let you know. And, if you require a faster turnaround, please let us know and we will do what we can to fufill your order faster.
PAPER
We have selected a premium bright white card with a slight texture. Our notecards are A6 size, and have matching self-seal envelopes for all our custom stationery orders.
